(our/the “Platform”). This Policy applies to Spotlight Social, our Dashboard interface as well as any of our other websites, our app’s and other assets that post this Policy. OUR SECURITY

GolfPlayedTM accounts require a username and password to log in. Users must keep their username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Account passwords are not visible to our staff. We cannot resend forgotten passwords and the Platform provides users with instructions on how to reset these.
STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
Our servers and our offices are located in South Africa and the United States, so your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in South Africa or in the United States. While the data protection, privacy, and other laws of the United States and South Africa may not be as comprehensive as those in your country, we take the necessary steps to protect your privacy.
We will from time to time store your data on servers in other countries and we take the necessary steps to protect the integrity and privacy of your data on these servers.
